Individual Therapy
Therapy is an effective and beneficial for a variety of mental health challenges. Some of these include depression,
anxiety, grief, and trauma. Therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist to help the client
live their best life. The aim of therapy is to help the client to improve mental health and wellbeing, therefore helping
the client to live their best life.
Krista is skilled in using cognitive-behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, insight-oriented therapy, narrative
therapy, trauma informed therapy, and play therapy. She is also skilled in working with children diagnosed with ADHD and
Oppositional Defiant Disorder. She sees clients ages 6 years and older.
